The superheros of fashion: Stefano Pilati, Nicolas Ghesquière, Miuccia Prada, Alber Elbaz, and Marc Jacobs each styled an editorial spread and cover with Carey Mulligan in the 5th Anniversary issue of T Magazine a while back. The red two piece number has ms.prada all over it.

There is Carey, the very beautiful actress with five iconic fashion designers...in that regard the spreads are some what disappointing. Can't help but wonder if the covers and spreads would have received the same level of attention if all the names were removed.
On another note, Carey Mulligan's new film "An Education" is hitting theatre soon. I am very excited about the costumes in the film, it's very Mad Man...

Mulligan plays a teenage girl from 1960's suburban London who finds herself in a whirlwind romance with the much older, Peter Sarsgaard. The screenplay is written by Nick Hornby, the author behind the beloved coming of age classics like High Fidelity and About A Boy. *Sigh, you just can't help but fall in love with coming of age characters.

The Origami Counterfeit

Few months back, Hermès created a handful of origami templates of their iconic Kelly bag. This origami counterfeit is adorable beyond words!
Only now that we are plotting Halloween costumes the templates are no longer available via the Hermès website.
